As a Medical Recruiter for 535 US County Jails, I witnessed and heard hundreds of tragic stories from victims who have endured unimaginable Injustice, many because they are the wrong color or for the mistake of being born to the wrong parent.  Our methods of incarceration are brutal and inhuman and do not allow for regret, circumstance, forgiveness, redemption, reconciliation or rehabilitation.

No human should be isolated, held or housed in overcrowded jail cells especially with real offenders or tossed in with mentally ill patients-

When one is released, they are let out on crime-ridden inner-city streets where drug dealers and predators swoop down and pounce on them like hawks and sooner than later, they become recycled victims of our very profitable jail systems.

Punishment is always about stopping a behavior while reinforcement is always about encouraging, I would like to build Dream Ranches where HOPE becomes a possible word.  To rehabilitate victims of injustice with LOVE and RESPECT by converting Rural Ranches into Med-Free, Crime-Free safe Havens -make them into Human Sanctuaries while they heal and restore their true identities and civil and social rights as Human Beings and reinstate their standing in welcoming Communities.

  1. The Carmelita Healing Women's Home  Permaculture Sub-Urban Community Food Garden Dream Project

We are looking for Properties to convert into Dream Rehab Med Free Sanctuaries

In March 2022, we launched our First Permaculture Healing Food Garden at Catholic Charities Carmelita Women’s Home, the former Carmelite Monastery of the Mother of God estate at 530 Blackstone Drive in Marinwood, California.

The Carmelita Women’s Home in partnership with the County of Marin, is aligned with the Catholic Charities mission of service, care and compassion and will provide six women victims of social injustice with a supportive home approach to their healing to seek to balance the body, mind, emotions and spirit through utilizing holistic modalities such as yoga and meditation, support service animal therapy, nutrition/cooking and growing a healing Food Garden.

We're Building a Healing Multi-year Seasonal, Perennial and Annual Permaculture Food Garden at the Carmelita Women's Home in Marinwood, California- with active participation of the Catholic Charities Community Organization and on-hand guidance & collaboration with the Master Gardeners of UC Davis/Novato, CA Chapter.

The perpetual multi-year Food Garden Project will enable us to teach life and career skills to women victims of social and civil injustice while undergoing rehabilitation.

Food unites and brings people together and with the help of the community we are teaching them how to grow their own Permaculture and Sustainable Food while helping them heal in the garden of nature. They will maintain and utilize the crops on a daily basis for their own needs and donate the surplus to the Catholic Charities Homeless and Foodbanks. I welcome Volunteers, Donors, Sponsors and the Community to come forward and help us because when we open our hearts and let people in, we bridge the divide and exciting things happen!
